Magpie

Rudder tail directing the way
their slide back, bruise patch of blue

A self-seeker waiting on the
corner of nature. An unruly thief
no empathy in his stuttering click, click!

Shell tapping tone. A thousand
raindrops on a slate roof shot from an Uzi.

Dozy red eye, with burglar vision,
up to something mannerisms.

Convict beak, pirate ship nest
two prime coloured, jack of all beaks

egg shell breaker, bank robber
yolk dipper, underworld gangster
