Sunne Rising

Whoever it was
Spilled the orange day glow paint
Everywhere this morning,
Dazzling our pupils,
And causing shock and awe?
Will you please own up?

However clever you think you are,
Perhaps you can explain
To us mere mortals
What you’re playing at?
Is this what you call beauty?
Is this what you call art?
